Terms & Conditions

DESCIPTION
The Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car and The Customer (both parties) act on their behalf with responsibilities as follows:

• The Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car provides vehicle leasing services to its Customers(s).
• The Customers(s) intends to lease a vehicle from Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car
• Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car provides a leased vehicle to its customer based on his/her request with conditions as follows:

LEASING FEE AND PAYMENT METHODS

1. The Customer will agree to pay in full the leasing fee including 10 % VAT in advance for the leasing term based on the standard fee specified.
2. The Rate are not included:
3. Gasoline, parking and entrance fee to Tourism object.
4. Additional costs because of the Customer problem is not include on the insurance notice
5. Any additional service fees occur during leasing term will be charged accordingly
6. The Customer will be charged for a deposit with the amount equal to the full leasing fee.
7. If the Customer decides to continue using the service, the Customer will agree to pay in full the leasing fee in advance for the specified term.
8. If the agreement contract be terminated or cancelled for any reason, the 10% VAT is not refundable.

EXTENSION AND TERMINATION LEASE PERIOD

1. The Customer may continue his/her lease 1 (once) time with the requirements applied and the Customer must give a notice to Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car at least 1 day prior to the end of the leasing period.
2. If the Customer terminate the agreement leasing contract before the end of the period, the Customer must return the vehicle intact to the pick-up location immediately or to the agreed location. The Customer will also have to pay the penalty 25% of the remaining balance, without including the Risk Fee as further described in the agreement.
3. Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car will send the Customer a credit memo or a statement itemizes the Customer’s financial transaction.
4. Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car may terminate the agreement/contract with or without giving a notice the Customer violates the obligations or being involved in two or more accidents during the leasing period in which the accidents identified as the Customer’s fault and negligence.

INSURANCE

1. Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car has covered all vehicles with full coverage insurance at a reputable insurance company.
2. In case the vehicles are rented without the driver’s service, should an accident happen, including any third party loss/injury, to the passenger or the driver or the vehicle and/or lost/theft (total loss) The Customer must immediately notify Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car within 24 hours. The Customer will submit a Police Report. All fee spent for the Police Report will be the Customer’s liability.
3. The Customer will be charged for own Risk Rp.250.000,- for each accident/collision and the Customer is obliged to pay for the Lost Risk or 75% is damaged with the amount is 10% of the Vehicle’s value is Rp. …………….
4. If an accidents involves the Third Party Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car will be obliged to pay for the compensation (Third Party Liability) with the maximum amount of Rp. 5.000.000,- for each accident and the rest will be the Customers responsibility.
5. The Customer is obliged to deal with any dispute with the third party, and the Customer is responsible for any damages that may occur.

DAMAGES AND SUBSTITUTE VEHICLES

1. If the vehicles have damages or useless, the Customer need to inform to Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car about the vehicles or to describe about and places the problems happen to that vehicles as soon as possible.
2. Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car will be prepared for the substitute vehicles for the Customer as written on point 1 (one) .

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. If the customer lease the vehicle without a driver provided by Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car, the customer agrees to give a non-retracted permission to Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car for having assigned individual or bodies to enter the locations where the vehicle is being used kept by the Customer and to check on the vehicles at random and out of regular working hours.
2. The Customer agrees to use the vehicle only for the Customer purposes without violating laws and regulations.
3. Neither the Customer nor the driver is allowed to drive the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and/or use the vehicle on areas or roads that are inappropriate to drive.
4. Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car is allowed to remove the vehicle from the customer if the customer utilizes the vehicle for purposes that violating taws and regulations.
5. Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car the rights to remove the vehicle from the Customer or will require the customer to return the vehicle, and the customer  must pay the leasing fee including other expenses and the damages permitted by laws with conditions as follows:
   • The Customer fails to pay the extended leasing fee or other balances that must be paid according to this agreement.
   • Any course of actions which could jeopardize the safety and security of the vehicle as well as the privileges of Ayu Mas Sari Rental Car.

Hereby the Short Term Vehicle Leasing Agreement is written and signed by both parties and the document is legally binding.
